Study On Tianma Jian Ling Decoction In Treating Gan Yang Shang Kang Dizziness

Objective: To summarize compatibility of medicines in a prescription and regularity on treating dizziness with Tall Gastrodia Tuber, and investigate the clinical effects and mechanism of Tianma Jian Ling Decoction in treating Gan Yang Shang Kang Dizziness. Methods: 105 cases of dizziness with TCM syndrome of Gan Yang Shang Kang were randomly divided into two groups. Among them 53 cases had been treated with Tianma Jian Ling Decoction for 15 days, the other 52 cases treated with changing Jian Ling Decoction served as control group. The clinical study of both groups before and after treatment were observed. So rat models of dizziness with TCM syndrome of Gan Yang Shang Kang were made, we have observed the therapeutic effect of Tianma Jian Ling Decoction on model rat dizziness. Results: The prescription of Tianma Jian Ling Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms. The experiment shows that the prescription of Tianma Jian Ling Decoction can obviously lighten the dizziness of model rats.Conclusions: (1) Tianma Jian Ling Decoction is obviously effective on the treatment of Gan Yang Dizziness. (2) Tall Gastrodia Tuber is one of the important medicines in treating dizziness.
