Clinical Study On Treating Cervical Spondylosis(CS) With The "Jing Kang Tang" Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinic application value of Cervical spondylosis (CS) and its therapeutic mechanisms. Methods: According to the diagnosis standard that made in the secondary national conference of CS, we designs the"Jing Kang Tang"decoction to cure 60 case patients of CS and"Bi Qi"capsule to cure 60 case patients of CS. The changes of primary clinical symptoms and signs in all cases were observed and give evaluation after treatment. Result: The total effective rate of the"Jing Kang Tang"decoction was 98.3% and the healed rate is 76.7%.But the total effective rate of the"Bi Qi"capsule was 83.3% and the healed rate is 50%.The"Jing Kang Tang"decoction had better efficiency on CS than"Bi Qi"capsule(P<0.01). Conclusions: The results showed that the"Jing Kang Tang"decoction have the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect , and it can ameliorate the disturbance of microcirculation and hemodynamics . So it give a handy and efficient treatment to cure the CS.
