The Effect On IL-2 And SIL-2R Of The Pi Shen Yang Xu Xing Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome In Children By The Shenkangling

Objective: To investigate the effect on IL-2 and sIL-2R, curative effect, steroid-responsive, recurs of the Pi Shen Yang Xu Xing of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome in children by treatment of Shenkangling.Methods: 55 patients with the Pi Shen Yang Xu Xing of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome(PNS) were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients namely the therapy group (Shenkangling+prednisone) and 25 patients namely the control group (prednisone). Around the age range 5-14 years old. Prednisone was adopted treatment in middle and long terms. Shenkangling was given on 100ml/time, bid/day, for eight weeks. 15 healthy subjects served as the normal group. The therapy group and the control group were measured IL-2 and sIL-2R and 24h urine protein quantity and serum albumin and cholesterol before and after treatment. The normal group was observed IL-2 and sIL-2R. Statistical analysis was performed on SPSS 12. 0 system software.Results: 1. Before treatment: compared with the normal group, the level of IL-2 and sIL-2R of the therapy group and the control group were significant differences (P<0. 01) ;and the level of IL-2 and sIL-2R the therapy group and the control group had no difference (P>0.05). 2. After 8 weeks' treatment:compared with the normal group, the level of IL-2 of the therapy group and the control group were significantly increased (P<0. 01) ;the level of sIL-2R of the therapy group and the control group were significantly decreased(P<0. 01);the level of IL-2 and sIL-2R of the therapy group and the control group were significant differences (P<0. 05). 3.
