Group IVM-PS which basic medium supplemented with 10% patient serum and group IVM-FF which include basic medium supplemented with 10% follicular fluid of human. Clinical results were compared between two groups.Results1 A total of 22 cycles in group IVM-PS and a total of 42 cycles in group IVM-FF, mean maturation time in group IVM-PS was significantly shorter than that of group IVM-FF (26.3h, 35.3h, p<0.01).
