| PART I :Primary Study of Estimating Cerebral Blood Flow Autoregulation in Patients with Idiopathic Parkinson's disease with Transcranial Doppler Objective To study the change of cerebral blood flow autoregulation in patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease in tilt-table test with Transcranial Doppler monitoring. Methods We performed Transcranial Doppler monitoring of right middle cerebral artery (MCA) at rest and during passive 60~· tilt in 36 patients with idiopathic Parkinson's disease and in 30 age-matched normal controls. Mean velocity (MV) of the MCA, pulsatility index (PI) values, brachial arterial blood pressure and cardiac frequency were recorded after 10 min of rest in supine position, and each minute during 10 min of tilting and 5 min of restored clinostatic position. And we analysed the influence of the patients' disease duration ,Hoehn-Yahr stage, therapy, treatment duration on all the observed indexes. All patients took no dopaminergic drug for at least 15h before test. The data and charts were analysed with SPSS 11.0 statistic software and Microsoft Excel. |
