Clinic Study On The Treatment Of Senile CSA With Astragali And Mailuoning Injection

Objective:Thinking the debility of Qi and stagnation of blood is the essential machine of the senile CSA, and according to Chinese traditional medical theories, we choose Mailuoning injection of activate the blood and Astragali injection of increase the Qi to use together, increase the Qi at the time of activate the blood, cure the senile CSA. And accord to the rate of alleviation and the change of hemorheology before treatment and after the treatment. Observing the change of blood's velocity in Vertebro-basilar Arteries by TCD.We analyze the clinical curative effect of Astragali and Mailuoning injection by these. Method:60 cases which were diagnosed as the senile CSA were adopted,and randomly divided into two groups :Treatment group including 30 cases and Control group including 30 cases.Treatment group was treated with Astragali and Mailuoning injection.Control group was treated with Venoruton injection.After two weeks,two groups were respectively examined with Transcranial Doppler Sonography,Hemorheological paramenters, the rate of alleviation.The results were compared and statistical analyze with those before treatment and after treatment.Result: The most symptom's occurrence rate of two groups after treatment had descend obviously. Compared with control group ,the occurrence rate of ennui and tired of treatment group after treatment had descend obviously.It explain that treatment group had the obvious improvement the debility of Qi.Excepted felling abnormality of the arms,the occurrence rate of body advertisement all had descend obviously, and treatment group had obvious descent to control group.But there was no statistical difference.Comparison inside the respecttive group, there all had improvement of the VS,VD and PI in Vertebrobasilar Arteries.The VS,VD and PI of vertebral artery and basilar artery after treatment in treatment group,the difference is significant(P<0.01,P<0.05 ).In control group,the VS,VD of left vertebral artery after treatment ,the difference is markedly overmatch pretreatment(P<0.01),and there is...
