The gene mutation of HBV will take place in its chronic infection process like the other virus. It has been noticed that the gene mutation of the molecular's changes have much influence on chronic hepatitis B patients resently. Therefore, it is neccessary for us to do research on it.ObjectiveTo study clinical meaning of new DNA chip technique in detecting the mutation of HBV-DNA ,and to offer testimony for clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodsGene sequence of hepatitis B virus DNA and mutations of 6 sites in serum of 132 chronic hepatitis B patients were detected by new DNA chip technique.
