Effective power of NBUVB monotherapy treating psoriasis is about 78% according to literature reported. There were literature reports about NBUVB associating other medicine, for instance calcipotriol, tazarotene ointment. But if therapeutic alliance can elevate effective power, literature reports are imcompatibility. Now there is no identify evidence of Long-term carcinogenicity of NBUVB, so it still need search the method to shorten course of treatment, diminished NBUVB cumulation, elevating therapy efficient. Now there are some reports about traditional broad-band wave ultraviolet (BBUVB) combinating with psoralen tinct painting treat psoriasis, concentration of psoralen tinct in these reports is 15, 20, 25, 30, 50 percent differently, but long time BBUVB therapy has large adverse reaction, and psoralen painting also has adverse reaction, for instance light sensitivity, systematic adverse reaction originated by high concentration and a large area using. This study treats psoriasis with different concentration psoralen tinct painting association with NBUVB, and combinating other adjunctive therapy. To discuss if combination treatment can elevating effect, shorten time of therapy, diminished cumulant of NBUVB,which were NBUVB plus different concentration psoralen tinct, NBUVB plus psoralen lotion plus addition combination treatments.
