Study On Immunogenic Of Outer Membrane Proteins Of Salmonella Paratyphi A And Preparation On Monoclonal Antibody Against O-antigens Of PA

Recently, there has some reports about Salmonella paratyphi A prevalence in our country and some other countries in southeast Asia. It is changed from Salmonella typhi prevalence in the past to Salmonella paratyphi A prevalence. The purpose of the research work is to study on Salmonella paratyphi A from two sides, including researching on immunogenic of outer membrane proteins of Salmonella paratyphi A and preparation on monoclonal antibody against O—antigens of Salmonella paratyphi A.In this research , we want to select the candidate strain from 6 local strains of Salmonella paratyphi A. The methods in this experiment includes some primary identification techniques of Salmonella paratyphi A. We use the Gram dyeing to reveal the form characteristic of these 6 local strains. As the result, they are Gram-negative bacterium. The result of serologic reaction showed that 6 local strains could agglutinate with sera of anti-02 , 012 , Ha.
