| Objective: The goal of this clinical experiment is to probe the mechanism and therapeutic effect of guan chang I hao on treating chronic renal failure (CRF). In order to provide the scientific basis for its clinic application. Methods: 60 patients fitting for chronic renal failure (CRF) criterion were divided into 2 group. Each group is 30 cases. On the base the observing group took guan chang I hao high position retain sausage, the control group took Ai xi te with same method. The Course of treatment is 1 months and observe 2 course continuously. Before and after experiment, we assayed the patient's BUN Scr Ccr RBC Hb and blood Ca P K recorded the change of patient's clinical symptoms and signs.Results: (1) In the observing group. The effect of clinical symptoms were better than control group(P<0.05). (2) The observing group is superior to control group at renal function, decreasing BUN Scr and increasing Ccr. Its effect was better than control group (P<0.05). (3) The both groups had no influence on blood Ca P K.Conclusion: After clinical observation, we find Guan Chang I hao had good effect on chronic renal failure, it can improve the symptoms and signs, and it can prolong the deterioration of kidney function, it has high value, low price, convenient use and reliably effective. |
