Objective :The aim of subject is to explore the protective mechanism of compound ShuangHuang liquor against the injury of intestinal mucose and bacterial translocation by means of histopathology ,immunology and bacteriaculture etc. we will provide the objective experiment proofs of clinical study for the sake preventing and curing the injury of intestinal mucose as an effective pathway. In the mean time, it will play a leading role in preventing and curing the bacterial translocation stemming from the severe burning. Methods: 1. Laboratory animal models:32 male and healthy Sprague-Dawley(SD)were weighed and codes. 2. The burn rats models: The rats were anesthetized with 10% chloral hydrate (0.3ml/100g) by intraperitoneal injection, abolishing fluff of back of rats using 10% Na2s, afther breeding them for 24 hours, anesthetized them with the chloral hydrate by the same way.
