Objective: To study the anti-hypoxia and ischemia-reperfusion effects and action mechanisms of the Potentilla anserine L. alcohol extract in mouse. Methods: The models of normobaric hypoxia, hypobaric hypoxia and specific myocardial hypoxia resulted from isoprenaline were used to study anti-hypoxia effect of the Potentilla anserine L. alcohol extract by analyzing death time, oxygen consumption and survival rate. The spectrophotometry was used to study its anti-oxidative action on human erythroeyte with O2·—in vitro. The study of the ischemia-reperfusion model included electrocardiogram, biochemical indicators(LDH,CK,SOD,MDA,NO),H&E stain,Nagar-Olsen stain, immunohistochemistry stain (bcl-2,p53,iNOS).Resuls: 1 The effect of Potentilla anserine L. alcohol extract counteracting the oxidative action of O2·—on erythrocyte experiment: optical density of erythrocytic soliquoid with Potentilla anserine L. alcohol extract treatment and pyrogallic acid were lower than that of group with addition of only pyrogallic acid. The increasing amplitude of the former following time was also lower than that of the latter. |
