The Research Of Theory And Experiment On Treating Diabetic Nephropathy With The Theory Of Collaterals Disorders

Objective: Applying the theory of collaterals disorders to investigate the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis and treatments of diabetic nephropathy (DN), formulate Qiditongluo capsule under the guidance of collaterals disorders theory. By observing the protective effects of Qiditongluo capsule on the kidney of diabetic nephropathy rats model and its effects on the access of PKC and extra cellular matrix, to illuminate the correlation between "masses developed with obstruction of collaterals" and "the composition and control mechanisms of extra cellular matrix", and prove the scientific value of Qiditongluo capsule collaterals disease theory.Method:Theory exploring:On the basis of collecting the correlative articles of past dynasties and of present age, this article investigated the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the theory of collaterals disorders and indicated that "deficiency of both vital energy and yin" was the invading foundation of DN, "obstruction of collaterals", "fluids cohered and phlegm collected" were main pathological sectors, and "masses developed with obstruction of collaterals" was the...
