Expression And Biological Significance Of DMBT1, CD44v6 And E-cadherin In Esophageal Carcinoma

Objective Esophageal carcinoma is one of the common malignant tumors in our country. It is detrimental to people's health. Through the examining of the expression of DMBT1, CD44v6, E-cadherin protein and DMBT1mRNA in Esophageal carcinoma, the relationship of DMBT1, CD44v6 and E-cadherin expression with the carcinogenesis, differentiation, invasion, metastasis of esophageal carcinoma is investigated; the relationship of DMBT1 expression with CD44v6 and E-cadherin protein expression in the development of esophageal carcinoma is investigated.Method1 The expression of DMBT1 protein, CD44v6 protein and E-cadherin protein was examined by immunohistochemistry (IHC) in 70 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 23 cases of incisal margin normal tissues.2 The expression of DMBT1mRNA was examined by in situ hybridyzation (ISH) in 70 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 23 cases of incisal margin normal tissues.3 The expression of DMBT1 protein was examined by flow cytometry (FCM) in 39 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 10...
