Section ⅠUltrasound Observation Dynamic on liver Hemodynamic Change in Post -operation of Liver Transplantation. Objective: By the use of Doppler Ultrasound to study the hemodynamic change of liver in post-operation of liver transplantation and further explore the relations between vascular complications ,acute rejection and hemodynamic change. Methods: By the use of ATL-5000.PHILPS lu22 color Doppler with probe frequency 2-5MHz,Blood flow parameters of portal vein, hepatic artery, hepatic vein, inferior vena cava of 50 patients undergoing liver transplantation from 2004,1 to 2005,5 were detected and analyzed and underwent statistic comparison with normal control. Results: (1) Portal vein after liver transplantation was displayed completely (221/221).The blood flow velocity and flux of portal vein attained the tallest level after 24 hours of the liver transplantation. (average blood flow velocity is 52cm/s, average blood flux of portal vein is 3757ml/min) .In the early stage of liver transplantation (within 1 month after liver transplantation ), the average current velocity and flux of portal vein were obviously higher than normal control( p<0.05), which are expected to restore to normal level within one year after the operation.(2) The display rate of hepatic artery was 99% (219/221) after operation of liver transplantation. The peak systolic velocity (PSV) and resistance index (RI) of hepatic artery were obviously higher than normal control after 24 hours of operation (PSV 89 cm/s, RI 0.70±0.11), which are expected to restore to normal level within two weeks after the operation.(3) Some patients underwent changes in normal spectra of hepatic vein with the liver transplantation, which are expected to restore to its normal level within two weeks after the operation. Average velocity of inferior vena cava didn't change greatly after operation. Conclusions: Dynamic ultrasound can be a preferred image tool to diagnose portal vein complications after liver transplantation. The abnormal heighten of Portal vein velocity was related to acute rejection; the hemodynamic change of hepatic artery was unrelated with acute rejection, the decrease of PSV, RI of hepatic artery can clue to the appearance of complications .The change of PSV and RI was unrelated with the velocity of portal vein in the...
