Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of QianYu decotion on treating Chronic Prostatitis through regulating the local immunity and Znic level in the rat's prostate, compared with pathological tissue so as to provide the experimental data for the study of the new preparations of traditional Chinese medical.Methods: (1) The pathological model groups of Chronic bacterial prostatitis and Non bacterial prostatitis were respectively established by injecting standard E. Coli and carrageenan in the rat's prostate. (2) The two model groups were treated with QianYu decotion to observe its effect.The rats were anatomied to cut the prostate for making pathological chips after treated four weeks . (3) To examine the level of Zinc in the rat's prostate by atomic absorb spectrograph, to observe the local immunity in the rat's prostate through examining the level of SIgA by IR, examined the level of IL-8 by ELISA.Results: (1) Compared with CBP model group, there are significant differences both the treatment groups of QianYu and QianLieTai in anti-inflammatory and anti-infective effect ( P <0. 05), Both of the groups have the effect of repairing prostatic tissue, alleviating mesenchymal inflammatory reaction , and there no significant difference with control group; Compared with NBP model group, there is significant differences both the treatment groups of QianYu and QianLieTai in anti-inflammatory and anti-infective effect (P <0. 05), Both of the two groups have the effect of repairing prostatic tissue, alleviating mesenchymal inflammatory reaction ,but there is significant differences with control group(P <0.05). (2) The level of Zinc in the treatment group of QianYu is 199.75 ±34. 20μg/g (wet), Compared with CBP model group, there are significant differences (P <0.01) in the two groups. (3)Contrasted the treatment groups of QianYu and QianLieTai with CBP model group, there are respective significant difference (P<0. 05) in the level of SIgA , both of the two groups have no significant differences in contrast to control group; Compared with NBP model group, there is significant difference in the level of SIgA of the treatment groups of QianYu(P<0.05), there are not significant differences in the level of SIgA of the treatment groups of QianLieTai, the treatment group of QianYu have no significant difference in contrast to control group.
