Study On The Cephalosporines Resistant To Clinic Isolates Of Klebsiella Pneumoniae

Cephalosporins have been widely used for the treatment of Klebsiella pneumoniae infections in hospital . Its mechanism of action , like all beta-lactam antibiotics, inhibit bacterial growth by interfering with a specific step in bacterial cell wall synthesis. With cephalosporins using, however, more and more Klebsiella pneumoniae acquire resistance to the drugs which make it difficult for theraphy and even lead to therapeutic failure. In order to have effective treatment of Klebsiella pneumoniae infections in hospital and develop new type of cephalosporins, therefore, it is important to study the mechanisam of resistance which cause cephalosporins resistance in Klebsiella pneumoniae.Objective: To study resistant rates and resistance mechanisms of Klebsiella pneumoniae to cephalosporins in West China hospital Sichuan University, helping rationalize antibiotic use in clinical practice.Methods: After Klebsiella pneumoniae was collected, isolated and...
