Objective: It is a difficult problem to treat bone defect in clinical field. By now,some methods,such as bone transplantation could resolve this question partially,which still has some deficiency. New type biocomposite nano-hydroxyapatite/Chitosan is similar to human body bone,which supply a prosperous treating method. This study is to investigate the characteristics of nano-hydroxyapatite/Chitosan porous composite and explore the enfluence on osteoconductivity of nano-hydroxyapatite added to different chitosan from in vivo and in vitro experiments(animal experiment) in order to find a not only better efficacy of osteoconductivity but also better biomechanical materials.Method: 1. in vitro experiment,the compressive strengthen,porosity rate,porous diameter and relative degradation velocity in simulated body fluid are measured. 2.
