The Study On The Effects Of Vitamin A, E On Proliferation Of Human Esophageal Cancer Cell Line Eca-109 With Human Serum Culturing | Posted on:2007-02-28 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Y Xiong | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2144360185492671 | Subject:Nutrition and Food Hygiene | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Objective:The present study was designed to assess the effects of vitamin A, E on proliferative activities of human esophageal cancer cell line Eca-109 by cell culture with human serum, and define the mechanisms.Methods:1. By MTT assay, doubling time and cloning efficiency to discuss the effects of different concentrations(3%, 5%, 10%, 15%) of activated or inactivated human serum on cell proliferation.2. By means of MTT assay, ~3H-thymidine incorporation, cell toxicity experiment and flow cytometric analysis to discuss the effect of vitamin A on cell proliferation with putting different concentration vitamin A in human serum medium.3. By cell growth curve and cell toxicity experiment to discuss the effect of vitamin E on cell proliferation with putting different concentration vitamin E in human serum medium.4. By cell growth curve to discuss the effect of vitamin A, E on cell proliferation with putting different concentration vitamin A, E in human serum medium.5. By cell growth curve, doubling time and ~3H-thymidine incorporation to discuss the effects of different serums on cell proliferation with esophageal cancer patients' serum culturing human esophageal cancer cell line Eca-109 in vitro.
