IntroductionBladder cancer, which ranks the eighth common cancers in our country, is one of the most common cancers in urinary system, 97% pathological type stems from epithelia tissue, and most of these is transitional cell carcinomas. The occurrences and developments of bladder cancer is a process that associated with multi-genes, multi-factors and multi-stages. At the current stage, we deduce that the transitional cell carcinoma patients' recovery methods and the methods for recovery patterns based on the classification of cancer pathology, there are still short-comings lie in the index by stages and cancer pathology classification, it can not be the sole direction for standard judgment of therapy and recovery.5-Hydroxytryptamine ,namely serotonin,is an important biology amic,It is both central nerves transmitter , which participates in many important physiology and pathology processes. There are 14 5-HTR sub-model and 7 sub-family, which is called 5-HT1R-5-HT7R, have been found in mammals family till now. Recent research shows that 5-HT2B R expression in malignancy had involved in the formation of cancer. There are not relevant reports for the expression of receptor of the bladder cell till now. We have examined clinical cancer cancer patients' cancer tissues and 5-HT2BR standard expression patterns of formal bladder tissues, analyzed their inter-correlations using clinical materials, which will contribute to reasonable application for relevant 5-HT receptor retarded and activation, as well as provide more methods for the treatment of clinical bladder cancer.
