Studies On Syndrome Differentiation Of Post Operative Non-infectious Fever Of Closed Fracture

Objective: Differentiating the syndromes of post operative non- infectious fever of closed fracture to direct the treatments of Chinese medicine, shorten the period of post operative fever.Method: In literature research, to expatiate the studies on fever due to internal damage in Chinese medicine, and to retrospect the research achievements of etiologies, pathogenesis and treatments based on syndrome differentiation of post operative fever. In clinical studies, four diagnostic data such as temperatures, symptoms, physical signs of operative closed fracture patients from 4/2005-3/ 2006 were collected to be concluded, summarized and syndrome differentiated.Conclusions: The probability of post operative non- infectious fever of closed fracture is pretty high, most of which is low or medium fever and happened in afternoon or at night. In Chinese medicine the fever patterns could be mainly divided into blood-stasis, yin-deficiency and blood-deficiency, accompanying with damp-stagnation, qi-deficiency, qi-stagnation and so on, which can be transformed between each other, complicated with deficiency and excess.
