[Objective] To understand the influence to the neuron and glia cell by studying the expression of cytoskeletal protein β- tubulin, MAP-2,Vimentin and GFAP in monkey of resuscitation after selective cerebral ultra deep hypothermia and blood flow occlusion[Method] Eight 4-10 years old maca mulattas were divided into three groups, four vessel occlusion group, identical temperature perfusion group and two vessel occlusion group. Exposed bilateral external jugular veins(EJVs), bilateral exteral carotid arterys (ECAs), bilateral internal carotid arterys(ICAs) and bilateral internal jugular veins(IJVs), four vessel occlusion group exposed bivertebral arterys (VAs).Right IJVwas intubated to monitor central venous pressure(CVP).A catheter was inserted into right ICA to infuse cold Ringer's solution,two catheters were distally and proximally inserted into IJV to extract the hypothermic diluted blood for ultrafiltration and then perfuse the warm blood into the right venae cava inferior after rewarming. Total body was heparinizated before reduceing the temperature.Both ICA were clamped 10 minutes(VAs were clamped in four vessel occlusion group ).Then the both EJVs and the left IJV were clamped about 60 minutes.4℃ cold solution was immediately perfused into the right ICA to induce the brain temperature to less 16℃.After 60 minutes, Perfusion was stoped and blood vessels were recovered blood stream to cause brain physio-rewarming. MRI was examinated Preoperatively and postoperatively. Operational changes of hemodynamics were measured,the dysfunctional scales of neurology were done every week.then killed the survival monkeys after breeding them 12 weeks. Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the level ofB- tubulin, MAP-2, Vimentin and GFAP protein expression in the four-vessel occlusion group, the identical temperature perfusion group and the two vessel occlusion group respectively.[Results] In all 8 monkeys, two-vessel occulation were succeeded in being build up the models, the hemodynamical parameters were steady during the operation, and all of them lived up for ever, MRI was normal after operation and the...
