The Experimental Study Of Expression Of Type â…¡ Collagen,IL-lalpha And MMP-13 In Degenerative Stenosis Patients Facet Joints And Its Histological Observation In Microscope And Transmission Electron Microscope

Objective: To observe the expressions of type â…¡ collagen, IL-1 alpha and MMP-13 and histological changes in degenerative stenosis patients lumbar facet joints in microscope and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Methods: 20 mini-specimens of facet joint cartilage in degenerative stenosis (men or women) and 4 specimens of facet joints cartilage in young man of lumbar fracture as control were collected.All of the specimens were processed to determine the expressions of type â…¡ collagen , IL-1 alpha and MMP-13 by Immunohistochemistry,histological features also be recognized by macroscopic, microscopic and TEM observation.Results:We find that in our experiment lumbar facet joints cartilage degenerated markedly in degenerative stenosis patients group but the control group was normal in macroscopic observation.We also find that the facet joint cartilage surfaces were unsmooth,and we can see the crack in the every layer of cartilage in microscope.The articular cartilage cells were bad-distributed and irregular.TEM showed that the...
