| Background and purposeCerebral infarction is the common disease and frequently encountered disease of old people, of whose case fatality and mutilation rate are high. Many risk factors cause cerebral infarction . At present, there are over 100 risk factors which are recognized , for example advanced age, hypertension , heart disease , diabetes, hyperlipoidemia, high blood viscosity , abnormal fibrinogen level , smoking , excessive drinking and so on. Controling these risk factors can obviously delay and reversed rotation the pathological course of atherosclerotic, and it can cut down the incidence rate of cerebral infarction. However, many people who have above-mentioned risk factors don't take place cerebral infarction, but some people who haven't upper mentioned risk factors take place cerebral infarction; this illustrate there may be other factors besides upper mentioned ones. Some studies show that cerebral infarction have familial inheritance tendency obviously, which includes full brothers, twins and family. One perspective study of Finland found that cerebral stroke incidence rate of patients whose parents suffered from this disease increases twice and patients who have cerebral infarction history are prone to suffer from such disease compared with the patients of same age and gender who haven't. These show that cerebral infarction is also relevant to genetic factors. In recent years, many studies believe that cerebral infarction is a disease of polygenic inheritance, and environmental factors affect the heritability greatly, and it also alter the side effect of heritability. At present, we understand the pathophysiology of cerebral infarction which is caused by some specificity single gene mutation in some extent. Study show that the related gene of CI includes, angiotensin converting (ACE), angiotensinogen (AGT), matrix metallo-... |
