| Background and Objectives:The woman in menopause will appear a series of physiological changes such as climacteric period syndromes (CS), lipid metabolism disorder, hypertension, osteoporosis, the atrophy of reproductive organ, etc, which is due to the decline of ovary function and decrease of estradiol level. The incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases increase obviously, among them atherosclerosis (AS) and coronary heart disease (CHD) are the main cause of death for women at present, which partly relates with hormonoprivia in postmenopause.
