ObjectiveThe cerebrovascular disease is the main disease that harms the human health and it has the characteristics of high incidence rate, mortality rate and the crippling rate. It is the the leading cause for death and cripple in China. Neuroligical impairment results in cripple and many factors affect the neuroligical function. So we analyzed the relationship between the degree of neuroligical impairment, its alteration and ICP,CPP,volume of focus, past history, age of patients, interval from onset, value of FBG,TC,TG etc. Then we sought the clinical factors which are significant for the degree of neuroligical impairment in order to guide doctors to have a right view of so many clinical factors and made a therapeutic strategy. In this reserch,we also analyzed the relasionship between the degree of neuroligical impairment when we stopped the observation and the clinical factors on admission to help doctors to make a right judgement for the prognosis of the patients during the acute stage.
