The Interaction Between Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Biofilm And Airway Epithelial Cells Transfected By Elafin Gene

Objective To explore the effects of airway epithelia transfected by the nature antibiotic elafin on P. aeruginosa bioflim and observe the different effect of elafin incubated by different bacteria on P. aeruginosa bioflim.Methods (1)After cultivating the A549 cells in vitro, the constructed pEGFP-N1-elafin eukaryotic expression vector have transfected to the cells by LipofectamineTM 2000.
