PARTⅠTHE ACUTE CYTOTOXIC EFFECT OF SONODYNAMIC THERAPY WITH PIROXICAM ON HUMAN MAMMARY CANCER CELL LINEObjective: To observe the acute cytotoxic effect of sonodynamic therapy (SDT) with piroxicam on human mammary cancer cell line MDA-MB-231.Method: The cell viability of MDA-MB-231, which were treated by ultrasonic irradiation and piroxicam respectively, was detected by MTT colormetric assay.
