The Theory Of "Chronic Diseases Transforming To Collaterals" Applied In The Treatment Of Chronic Uveitis

Objectives:To discuss the choising of Chinese medicines under the guilding of the theory of"Chronic Diseases Transforming to Collaterals"during the treatment of chronic uveitis and provide another clinical thinking.Methods: We employ different methods and chinese medicines for different styles for the first group,gaving them corticosteroid at the same time.liu wei di huang tang and corticosteroid for the second group, We observe the effect of treatment in two groups.We also compare the visual acuity(VA)and the signs before and after the treatment in the first group. Results: 1,The effect of the first group is better than that of the second group, P<0.05; 2,The VA after treatment is significantly improved respectively , P<0.05;3,The effects in KP,aqueous opacity,iris,vitreous,fundus are slighter in the first group, P<0.05; Conclusions: Applying the theory of"Chronic Diseases Transforming to Collaterals"to treat the chronic uveitis and dividing the disease into three styles for diffirent treatment are much better than that of liu wei di huang tang single.
