Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of PTTG,P53,VEGF and bFGF in the epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods:45 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer that were evaluated by pathological examination were as observed group, and the peri-cancer samples were as control group. The immunohistochemistry was used to observe theexpression of PTTG, P53, VEGF and bFGF. The statistical analysis methods were SPSS10.0 software of the variance analysis ,mean t-test and the linear correlation. Results:â‘  The expression of PTTG in the epithelial ovarian cancer tissue was higher than that of the control group (p<0.05).â‘¡The expression of p53,bFGF,VEGF in the epithelial ovarian cancer were all higher than those of the peri-tumor tissue(p<0.05). â‘¢After the linear correlation analysis, the expression rate between PTTG,P53 and bFGF were significantly correlated(p<0.05) ; while we don't find in the exam that the expression rate between PTTG and VEGF were significantly correlated, which need further examination.Conclusions:(1) There were higher expression of PTTG,P53 and bFGF in the epithelial ovarian cancer, which all increased according to the heighten of the clinical stages.(2) There were higher expression of VEGF in the epithelial ovarian cancer, while which didn't change according to the heighten of the clinical stages.
