The breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women and threatens their health seriously. The incidence of this disease occupies the second place of woman malignant tumor in our country at present. Furthermore, the pathogenic age becomes more and more young obviously. Though this disease can be cured in 50% of the breast cancer patients, 50% of the patients recur within 5 years after operational treatment, which causes therapeutical failure. Distant metastasis is a main deadly reason to breast cancer patient. And it is a main factor influencing the prognosis. Traditional clinic staging and pathological checking is unsatisfied to the judgment of long-term metastasis, so we need to set up a new method urgently to guide the clinical work. With this method we can predict the metastasis of breast cancer more accurately than before. Expound the molecular biology factors relating the metastasis of breast cancer and predict the potential danger is essential to the effective treatment and assess. In recent years it is a focus to know more rational, more accurate detection methods to predict metastasis in terms of oncology. Recent research shows the tumor metastasis is adjusted and controlled by many genes. Damaged expression of tumor cell exterior adherent molecules is one of the important reasons. E-cadherin and CD44 in this research are just two kinds of these adherent molecules. Objective: through immunochemist technology we want to know:â‘  The difference of expressing intensity of E-cadherin in breast cancer patients. In these patients, some have had armpit lymph gland metastasis, the others have not.â‘¡The difference of expressing intensity of CD44 in breast cancer patients. In thesepatients, some have had armpit lymph gland metastasis, the others have not. Through...
