Effect Of Didang Decoction Adding Xiaoxianxiong Decoction On Pulmonary Fibrosis

Object: To explore the mechanism and effect of Didang decoction adding Xiaoxianxiong decoction in treating pulmonary fibrosis.Methods: The rats' model of pulmonary fibrosis was built up. The effect of Didang decoction adding Xiaoxianxiong decoction, pathomorphology on the lung of the model were observed, and the enzymatic activity of SOD, the HYP were tested.Results: Didang decoction adding Xiaoxianxiong decoction could improve the pathomorphology, increase the enzymatic activity of SOD, decrease content of HYP of pulmonary tissues.Conclusions: It can be concluded that, Didang decoction adding Xiaoxianxiong decoction inhabit collagen deposition in certain extent and protect pulmonary tissues.
