Objective: The study investigated the biology-psychosocial factor and psychoneuroimmunology of cancer patients with depression disorder and anxiety disorder, and influential factor of quality of life of cancer patients.Methods: 124 cancer patients ,60 common disease patients and 60 normal controls were involved in the study. All the subjects themselves completed the following questionnaires: general condition questionnaire, LES, SSRS, EPQ, DSQ, SCL-90 and QLQ-30; HAMD and HAMA was evaluated by the researcher.T3,T4,TSH,IL-2,TNF-a were detected in 36 cancer patients with the first episode. Utilizing t test,χ2 test, correlation analysis , analysis of variance ,stepwise and logistic regression analysis to statistics the collected data in SPSS 10.0.Results: (1) The disease rate of cancer patients with depression was 32.26%, the disease rate of cancer patients with anxiety disorder was29.84%. (2) Economic status were closely correlated with depression, anxiety disorder of cancer patients. (3) The score of nervousness, immaturity defense mechanism of cancer patients with depression or anxiety disorder were higher than cancer patients without depression or anxiety disorder, common patients and normal controls.(4) Cancer patients with depression or anxiety disorder had more social support; experienced more negative living events than common patients and normal controls.(5) The score of HAMA in cancer patients who accepted chemotherapy was higher than the cancer patients who accepted radiotherapy. (6) The course of disease, age, immaturity defense, negative life events, the score of HAMA and HAMD were negative correlation with quality of life of cancer patients.(7) Quality of life of cancer patients with depression or anxiety disorder was lower.
