Purpose:1.To detect the quantity, ratio of DC1 and DC2 in G-CSF primed or unprimed normal allogeneic donor PB and BM; to evaluate the influence of G-CSF on the quantity, ratio of DC1 and DC2 in PB and BM; to assessed the relationship between DC2 content in G-BM graft and the transplantation outcomes.2.To compare G-BMT with PBSCT or BMT about the graft cell ingredient and the transplantation outcomes; to assessed the influence of G-CSF on the cell composition of grafts (the DC subsets was included) and the curative effect following transplantation.Methods:1.By FACS, the quantity, ratio of DC1 and DC2 in G-PBSC graft were detected in 11 donors in G-PBSC graft, 20 donors in G-BM graft, 8 donors in unprimed PB, and 10 normal individuals in unprimed BMM respectively.2..To analyze the graft cell ingredient in G-BM graft (the DC subset was included) and the outcomes following transplantationn, compared with G-PBSC and BM graft.3..To analyze the graft cell ingredient (the DC subset was excluded) and the transplantation outcomes of high DC2 number G-BMT group, compared with low DC2 number group.Result:1. G-CSF treatment with 100ug/kg per day for 5 days increased DC2 count in BMM from a...
