| Background and purpose High-risk infants refers to the infant with risky factors which endanger their growth in foetal, childbirth, and the growth period. With the rapid development of the perinatal medicine and neonatal intensive care units technology, the survival probability have been increased evidently in high-risk infants 1, which makes the incidence of neonatal brain damage increasing sharping, and the main sequela of neonatal brain injury is cerebral palsy (CP). The aim of this study was to investigate, evaluate the method of early intervement in high-risk infants, reduce the sequelae of brain damages and improve child health.Methods 120 high- risks infants were divided into early the intervention group (60 cases)and the lately intervention group (60 cases). The early intervention group accepted intervention factor in newborn with high risk; The same measures were takend the lately intervention group when abnormal syndromes occue in 4-6 months .The interventional methods include massage,Vojta inducement, intelect trainning limb function training , high pressure oxygen and so on Evaluation involved in neonatal behavioral neurogical assessment (NBNA) ,Vojta posture reflection ,Legal tension inspection, nerve reflection inspection, Gesell assessment... |
