Effects And Mechanisms Of Feining On Early Bleomycin-induced Pulmonary Injury In Rats

AIM: Pulmonary fibrosis(PF) is a kind of serious lung diseases and is the common final of many pulmonary diseases.However the mechanism is still unclear to us and there is no satisfactory drug therapy for it.Glucocorticoids is the first choice in treating PF nowadays, yet many studies indicated that it could induce some serious diseases such as immunity disease, osteoporosis and so on.In our early experiment, traditional Chinese medicine Feining has a bright future in preventing and treating PF. In this study, we interfered the process of fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicine feining to study it's effect on early experimental pulmonary fibrosis in rats by BLM and explored the possible underlining mechanisms in rats with BLM- induced , then settle a theoretical foundation for its clinical uses.
