In spite of the good effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy on patients of Ewing' sarcoma survival rate in 5 years, there are half number of patients of Ewing' sarcoma who succumb to metastasis. It provided new ways for immunotherapy, especially initiative of tumors that human tumor antigen and their genes was found and confirmed. It's the hot spot of present research that tumor specific antigens (TSA) or the vaccine of their related antigen was acted directly. 95% of Ewing' sarcoma include characteristic chromosome translocation t(11;22)(q24;q12), the reason to form EWS-FLI1 fusion gene, which is the primary factor of Ewing' sarcoma family's genesis and development, and the marker of Ewing' sarcoma family's diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
