Introduction: Vitiligo is a common skin disease characterized by the development of white macules and patches associated with local melanocytes loss. Its etiology is not completely known, but much clinical evidence and experimental data suggests that vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder with polygenic inheritance. The observation of circulating anti-melanocyte antibodies and lymphocytes infiltration at the margins of lesions in the majority of patients supports the hypothesis that it is an autoimmune disease. The antibodies which directly to some cell surface antigens may induce complement and cytotoxic lymphocytes activated, and destroy local pigment cells. Where antibodies are initiating agent or secondary response is on debate, so, to study these specific antibodies may help us learn more about them and the pathogenesis of vitiligo.In-cell PCR has potential use for the cloning of gene combinations that are polymorphic within a population of cells, such as the rearranged...
