With the development of society and the progress of medicine science, medicine model has been transformed from single biomedical model into biological, Psychological and social one. The integrative model is all the more consistent with the health concept of modern. Namely, health is a status not only in individual physical fitness but also in psychological and social satisfaction. Thus, doctor is required to pay more attention to patients' psychological and social demand, besides clinical symptom, therapeutic efficacy and prognosis.Orthodontic treatment, a long-term system process, brings patients much inconvenience in daily performance such as taking food, cleaning teeth, working and studing, social communication and so on, which affects the life quality of patients.
