The cells were treated with resveratrol (100μM) when cells were in good state. Then observe the effects of resveratrol-induced differentiation and apoptosis of medulloblastoma cells. Put sterilized cover slips in the dishes before cell seeding for cell shape observation or immunocytochemical analysis was performed. After above treatments, cover slips were collected and fixed with 100% cold acetone. The cell proliferation situations of experimental groups were examined through Trypan Blue counting method. Immunocytochemistry (ICC), western blot and RT-PCR were used to analyze the expression levels of caspase 8, cyclin A, cyclin B1 and cdc25A of individual experimental groups.
