Objective Acute myocadial infaction is familar disease in department of cadiology, original electrocardiogram (ECG) is specific. The ECG has correlation with the location of occlusion of coronary artery, different location of myocardial infarction is made from different occlusion of coronary artery . In this research, patients with acute wide-anterior myocardial infarction (AMI) who accepted selective coronary angiography and ECG examination were studied, which investigate the value of the ECG in prediction location of occlusion of left main coronary atery (LM) in acute anterior wall myocardial infarction. Methods To the ECG with study anterior wall ST-segment in super-acute or acute stage and pathological change of coronary angiography of 60 patients with AAMI from 2003 to 2005.Result 24 cases of LM occlusion in 60 patients with AAMI of ST-segment elevation , 18 cases is that the ratio of ST-segment elevation of V6 to V1≥1 (75%), 11 cases is that the ratio of ST-segment elevation of avR to V1≥1 (62.5%), 9 cases is thac the ratio of both ST-segment elevation of V6 to V1 and avR to V1≥1 (37.5%); 36 cases of left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) occlusion, 4 cases is that the ratio of ST-segment elevation of V6 to V1≥1 (11.11%), 3 cases is that the ratio of ST-segment elevation of avR to V1≥1 (8.33%), the ratio of both ST-segment elevation of V6 to V1 and avR to V1≥1 is none. The two groups of the ratio of ST-segment elevation of V6 to V1≥1,avR to V1≥1 and both V6 to V1 and avR to V1≥1 have signifiant difference﹙P<0.05), In LM coronary occlusion, the sensitive, spective, positive predictive...
