In the ear of knowledge economic, the competition of hospital has changed, not only by technical or serves but also by the hospital culture. Facing the future medical marking, we must construct the hospital culture.Based on the corporate culture theory and the meaning to build the hospital culture, the author raised the issue of construction about hospital culture based on human.
