| Objectives: To study the effect of Xuezhikang capsule on blood -lipid of hyperlipidemia rats.Methods: Seventy-two wister rats that weight about 180-220g are divided into six groups on their weight after they were raised one week adaptively. control group, model control group, Xuezhikang capsule, high, middle, low, dosage group. Control group is fed by normal feeder, the other five groups are fed by high fat feeder continuously for 15 days, blood serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-L), apoproteinB(apoB), advanced signifficantly, at same time high density lipoprootein- cholesterol (HDL-C) and apoproteinAl depress, which means the model was made successfully. Then 60 hyperlipidemia rats are divided into five grups on their weight and blood-fat. Medication administration teams were continuously given by lavage to Xuezhikang capsule by low-dose 0.21g/kg/d, middle-dose0.53g/kg/d, high-dose 1.0575g/kg/d, simvastatin 0.0037g/kg, control group and model group were given same bulk water for 30 days. Last dosage, they were abrosiaed for 12h, then gain blood by select the rats' eyeball . Determin blood setum TC, TG , LDL-C, HDL-C, apoA1, apoB and take liver to observe patholog.Result: xuezhikang capsule has reduced the concents of blood TC, TG , LDL-C, apoB of hyperlipidemia in rats . it has raisen the concents of blood HDL-C, apo A1;the low dose group is the most notable.Conclusion : xuezhikang capsule has the effect on subduing blood fat. It is applicable to adiposis hepatica, coronary artery disease(CHD), scleratheroma. |
