Study On Evaluation And Germplasm Of Schisandra. Chinensis(Turcz.)Baill

Germplasm resource is important criticality and source of improving Chinese medicine quality, advantages and disadvantages of germplasm inflects severely productions and quality of Chinese medicine. Based on that, chemical evaluating methods of S.chinensis(Turcz.) Baill were established, which supplys evidence of studing and evaluating Germplasm resource .It was the first time for us to build up the fingerprint chromatography of S.chinensis Baill and to simultaneously determine the content of Schisandrin, Schisandrin B, y-Schisandrin, Deoxyschizandrin and Schisantherin. By comparison of fingerprint chromatography from 11 producing areas, it was proved that fingerprint chromatography of wild Schisandra chinensis from 11 producing areas were basically similar. Similarity computing showed that similarity of 10 producing areas reached above 0.9 and one below 1. Through simultaneously determination of five ingredients of wild S.chinensis Baill and the fingerprint had its similarity and characteristics in different regions of S.chinensis Baill, which can be control the quality of medicine material of S.chinensis Baill.Finally, Through the method of multiple stepwise regression and canonical correlation analysis analyses the regression between the content of five ingredients of lignans of S.chinensis Baill and the environmental factor progressively ,and the average elevation is the leading factor, with increasing averagly and above sea level, except that γ-Schisandrinis is plain, the content of Schisandrin, Schisandrin B, Schisantherinis are increased correspondly too. The content of Deoxyschizandrin is reduced. Drawing the Conclusion: The producing region of genuine S.chinensis (Turcz.) Baill mainly receives the influence in such environmental factors as its longitude, latitude , annual amount of precipitation around, etc., the content of the five ingredients of lignans and environmental factor have extremely strong regression, the average elevation is a leading factor for ingredients oflignans, which can be regarded as one of its genuine characteristics.
