Experimental Study On The Immunological Functions Of Mice By Lycopodii Herb Decoction

Objective: Through the experiment, we can state the mechanism and function in the cellular and humoral immunity of the mice by Lycopodii herb decoction.Method:The immunosthenic and immunorepressive model in mice were established , and be taked with Lycopodii herb decoction. At the end of the evperiment, cacullating the CD4\ CD8~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ of the mice thymus were be observed by the way of McAb indirect immunofluorescence , detecting the secretive antibody capacity of the spleen and the hemolysin level of blood serum with the method of QHS and spectrophotometer, observing the function of anti-inflammafory and abirritation.Results: The results indicated that Lycopodii herb decoction was able to remarkably decreased CD4~+, CD8~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ of the immunosthenic model in mice , and also remarkably enhanced CD4+~ ,CD8~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ of the immunorepressive model in mice . The secretive antibody capacity of the spleen and the hemolysin level of blood serum were also be remarkably decreased. The result showed that it could control the inflammation of the acute and proliferous phase , and have abirritation.Conclusion: Lycopodii herb decoction have the bidrectional immune regulation function to the cellular immune responses of the immunosthenic and immunorepressive mice . it can decrease the humoral immune responses of the Immunorepressive mice.
