The Study Of The Clinical Curative Effect Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine BIYANYIHAO Granule For Infusion In The Treatment Of PAR

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine BIYANYIHAO granule for infusion in hypofunction of spleen and lung of PAR. Methods:To collect the patients who had PAR (hypofunction of spleen and lung of PAR) and accepted the therapy at The First Affiliated Hospital of Chinese Medical University Of Heilongjiang from March in 2004 to March in 2005.By making the unified random number table, the patients was taken into trial group, that is, the traditional Chinese medical treatment group and control group, That is, western medical treatment group. To take unblind, random, matched and parallel trial, clinical comprehensive assessement will be compared between the two groups. A total of 60 patients in disease were divided into two groups: treatment group with 30 patients who accepted BIYANYIHAO granule for infusion, control group with 30 patients who accepted KEMIAN CAPSULE.Results: The total efficient rates respectively reach to 86.67% and 83.33% in treatment group and control group. According to the X~2 test, the rate had no significantly difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The effect of treatment group is 3.34% superior to that of control group.Conclusions :BIYANYIHAO granule for infusion is effective and have nearly no toxic action in the treatment of PAR.
