| Objective: The goal of this clinical observation is to probe the clinical effect of Manshen Tang combined with the massage in treating the patients of both spleen Qi and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome in CGN ,and provide the therotical foundation for preventing and treating CGN.Methods:60 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients with the syndrome of deficiency both spleen Qi and kidney Qi,were divided into treatment group (30) treated by Manshen Tang combined with the massage and control group (30) treated by Manshen Tang respectively for 2 months. The urine protein, urine red blood cell and immunologic parameters were measured before and after the treatment. The changes of accumulating grade of TCM syndrome were observed at the same time.Result: (1) In reducing the accumulating grade of TCM syndrome, there was significant difference in both groups (P<0.01) and between the two groups (P>0.05). (2) The levers of the urine protein were significantly reduced in both groups (P<0.01)> and the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01). (3) The Urine RBC were significantly reduced in the two groups (P<0.05), but there was no differences between both groups (P>0.05).(4) In regulating the immunologic parameters, there was significant difference in both groups (P<0.05) and between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: Both groups have good curative effect in treating syndrome of deficiency both spleen Qi and kidney Qi in the chronic glomerulonephritis patients. While the treatment group is superior to the control group in total curative effect. It is indicated that the massage can effectively treat the syndrome of deficiencyboth spleen Qi and kidney Qi of chronic glomerulonephritis patients by regulating the immunologic parameters.There maybe a new method is offered for treating the syndrome of deficiency both spleen Qi and kidney Qi in the chronic glomerulonephritis patients by this clinical observation. |
