Objective: With the application of microsurgical techniques, the reparation and the reconstruction of peripheral nerve injury become more and more efficacious, but the function of the denervated muscle is not satisfactory. The study of peripheral nerve injury include 3 directions:protect the neurone;sublimate nerve regeneration and prevent the denervated skeletal musle atrophy, any generate inconvertibility damage of them will influence the restoration of body's function and the final therapeutic. The denervated skeletal musle atrophy is a puzzle on the microsurgery. This experiment built a model of rabbit denervated triceps surae musle atrophy to observat the change that after implantable electrical nerve stimulation and transcetaneous electrical stimulation the electromyogram the muscle wet weight diameter and cross section area of myocyte was measured. At the same time compare the thereapeutic effect of the stimulate mode. Methods:Twenty New Zealand rabbits(1.5-2.0kg) offered by hebei medical university was used in the experiment .The animals were distributed by weight stochastically to group A(1.75±0.08kg)IENS the next day after operation ; group B...
