Objective To prove the effect that BYHWT stress cerebral ischaemia from the anti-oxidation and anti-apoptosis via animal expriment. In addition, setting up BIT model to obeserve whether there is any correlation between the effect that BYHWT stress cerebral ischaemia and the protecting effect of CIP. Expecting to prove BYHWT has the effect that can enhancing CIP protecting the brain and strengthening brain ischemic tolerance. To provide the experimental basis for using BYHWT in clinic. MethodsPart 1 The mechanism of BYHWT stress cerebral ischaemia48mice were divided into three groups at random : sham group(n=16) ischemic group(n=16) and Chinese medicine group(n=16). Mice of Chinese medicine group were fed with BYHWT, others were fed with equivalent physiological saline. 7d later, Mice of sham group were only exposed bilateral common carotid artery, others were blocked bilateral common carotid artery with artery clip for 20min, then reperfuse. 24h later, to choose 8 Mice from each...
