Objective: It's widely recognized that oncogenesis of kidney carcinoma is a multigene, multistage process.A lot of reports have showed that activation of oncogenes and inactivation of tumor suppressor genes are involved in renal carcinoma.PTEN is a tumor suppressor gene with phosphatase activity,has complexful functions including participating in the embryonic growth,apoptosis and G1 phase cell block, inhibiting the migration and adherence.p27kip1 can inhibit the CDK activity, inactivate the procedure Gl-S stage transduction and therefore stop the cell cycle in the Gl stage via binding with the CDK or the CDK-cyclin compound. Some researches have showed that the heterogenesis or absences of PTEN locating on the 10q23 appeared the rate of 25%~76% in the renal cell carcinoma, but there is not so many researches about the relationship between the expression of PTEN protein and biological behavior of RCC,so we have not confirmed whether the expression of PTEN can estimate the prognostic indicator of RCC.p27kip1 reacts in the level of proteinum expression in tumor,it shows signigicant correlation between p27 and tumor invasion as well as prognosis.So it deserved for us to investigate...
